Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic QTS Secondary Maths Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South Manchester from September on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and high-quality Maths lessons that help every learner achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Full-time, long-term position starting in September.
• Term time only.
• Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Mark and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback to support progress.
• Monitor student attainment and contribute to raising achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
• Ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons that engage learners of all abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
