About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom to maximise learning and engagement
• Delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
• Working with small groups and providing one-to-one support where required
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their individual targets
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Have experience working within a UK primary school
• Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum
• Are confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Have excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, adaptable and passionate about helping children succeed
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
