The Role

As the successful KS2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and EAL.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
• Promote high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
