We understand how rewarding working in schools is, but we also know how important it is to keep a good work-life balance, keep your energy levels up and ensure you feel supported at all times. That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Education Support Partnership, the UK’s only charity providing mental health and wellbeing support services to each teacher who works with us.
Comprehensive Support Services
You can exclusively access ESP’s Employee Assistance Programme, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and they can be reached on – 08000 856 148.
With this, you can access a range of top benefits including:
- Up to six sessions of face-to-face or telephone counselling
- Access to online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Management consultation to support those responsible for managing others
- Specialist information on work-life balance
- Financial and legal information
- Information on local services such as elder care and childcare
