The Employee Assistance Programme
We understand how rewarding working in schools is, but we also know how important it is to keep a good work-life balance, keep your energy levels up and ensure you feel supported at all times. That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Education Support Partnership, the UK’s only charity providing mental health and wellbeing support services to every Engage teacher.
When you work with us, you can exclusively access ESP’s Employee Assistance Programme, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
24/7 Support 365 days a year
As an Engage teacher, you’ll have exclusive access to ESP’s Employee Assistance Programme, which provides:
Up to six sessions of face-to-face or telephone counselling
Access to online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Management consultation to support those responsible for managing others
Specialist information on work-life balance
Financial and legal information
Information on local services such as elder care and childcare
