Refer a Friend

1. Eligibility

The Engage Education Refer a Friend Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to individuals (“the Referrer”) who refer a candidate (“the Referred Friend”) who is not already known to Engage Education.

2. How to refer

The way you make a referral depends on whether you use the EngageNow App.

If you use the EngageNow App:

You must make all referrals through the app. Referrals sent by email, or by any method other than the app, will not be valid.

If you contact us by email with a referral, we will ask you to resubmit it through the app. Your referral only becomes valid once it has been submitted in the app.

If you do not use the EngageNow App:

You may refer by writing to your Engage Consultant, providing the Referred Friend’s full name and email address.

For all referrals:

A referral must be made before the Referred Friend registers with Engage Education.

A referral is only valid if the Referred Friend is not already registered, contacted, or known to Engage Education at the time of the referral.

Only one reward is available per Referred Friend. Where more than one referral is received for the same person, the first valid referral received by Engage Education will be accepted.

There is no limit on the number of different people you may refer.

3. Referral reward

The reward for each valid referral is a £50 Amazon voucher.

The reward becomes due once the Referred Friend has completed five (5) full days of work through Engage Education and all timesheets for those days have been approved.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.

4. How the reward is issued

App users – instant and automatic: Once the five qualifying days have been worked and the timesheets approved, your Amazon voucher is issued automatically and can be claimed straight away in the EngageNow App. There’s nothing to chase, you can also track the progress of each of your referrals in the app at any time and see exactly when your reward is due.

Non-app users: If you choose not to use the EngageNow App, your reward is processed by hand. This means you’re reliant on raising it with your consultant, who then asks our accounts team to issue the voucher. Depending on timing, that may happen in the same week the days are approved or the following week. The voucher is sent once that process is complete.

In all cases, please allow up to 30 days from the approval of the qualifying timesheets for the voucher to be issued, in the event of any delay.

5. Proof of referral

Engage Education may request written proof of referral (for example, an email or message to an Engage Consultant, or the referral record within the EngageNow App).

Failure to provide evidence may result in the reward being withheld.

6. General conditions

Engage Education reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

Any decision made by Engage Education regarding eligibility, referral validity, or reward issuance is final and binding.

The Scheme is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

7. Data Protection

By participating in the Scheme, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend consent to Engage Education processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the referral and issuing rewards, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
