Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Engage Education Refer a Friend Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to individuals who refer a candidate (“the Referred Friend”) not already known to Engage Education.
2. How to Refer
   • Referrals must be made via the EngageNow App or in writing to an Engage Consultant before the Referred Friend registers with Engage Education.
   • A referral is only valid if the Referred Friend is not already registered, contacted, or known to Engage Education at the time of referral.
   • Only one person can claim a referral reward per Referred Friend. If multiple referrals are received for the same person, the first valid referral received by Engage Education will be accepted.
3. Referral reward
   • The reward for a valid referral is a £50 Amazon voucher.
   • The voucher will be issued once the Referred Friend has completed five (5) full days of work through Engage Education and all timesheets for those days have been approved.
   • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.
4. Payment of reward
   • Eligible rewards will be processed after the qualifying work has been completed and verified by Engage Education.
   • Please allow up to 30 days from the date the qualifying timesheets are approved for the voucher to be issued.
5. Proof of referral
   • Engage Education may request written proof of referral (e.g., an email or message to an Engage Consultant, or the record within the Engage App).
   • Failure to provide evidence may result in the reward being withheld.
6. General conditions
   • Engage Education reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
   • Any decision made by Engage Education regarding eligibility, referral validity, or reward issuance is final and binding.
   • The Scheme is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.
7. Data Protection
   • By participating in the Scheme, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend consent to Engage Education processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the referral and issuing rewards, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
