When you teach with us we’re committed to continued development for each one of our candidates and have partnered with Creative Education to provide free-forever access to their huge, high-quality CPD library. We run regular training events for all of our candidates too!

Our relocation package is undoubtedly one of the best around, with £1000 on offer for each one of our teachers that come to work in England. After working with us for one term you will receive £500, followed by £250 for the subsequent two terms. Plus if you have friends or colleagues that may be interested in working with Engage, you can earn a £50 Amazon voucher when they work with us for 5 days.

Once you arrive in the UK you’ll also have contact with a UK-based consultant who will offer relocation support and will be the main point of contact for any queries you may have about your school, working in England or anything else.

Once you have your dream role in England, our support won’t stop there. Our Partnership and Development team is made up of former SLT-level teachers on hand will liaise with you and your school to pinpoint any areas for further development.
