Teaching long-term supply cover has a multitude of benefits, including giving you career progression, networking and mentoring opportunities, as well as a more reliable income than short-term supply work and the option to take time off between posts.
Daily supply work ranges from one-day to a number of weeks. Short-term supply gives you the flexibility to take time off in-between posts, and the freedom to choose which jobs you want to take. Supply teaching is a great way to get varied school experience and avoid much of the after-school planning that permanent teachers face
A significant number of teachers and learning support staff will register with the intention of finding a permanent job immediately or at some point in the future. When supporting you to find a permanent role we will assist in ensuring you have the best possible chance of making a school’s shortlist.
