What is iday?

We aren’t a ‘fly-in, fly-out’ agency, we want to make sure you find a school that suits you as a teacher, and as a person. We believe a face-to-face interview significantly boosts the chances of a successful job offer (for both parties) compared to a telephone or Zoom interview.
What can I expect?
In the lead-up to iday, your personal consultant will advise you on CV presentation, references, and any relevant documentation that you will need in order to work legally in the UK. You’ll be able to take part in pre-interviews and feedback to help you prepare for iday.
When the day comes around, your consultant will be there to encourage and help you on your way to securing your ideal job. After each iday, we run a full CPD session that will help you with the practical skills of planning lessons and curriculum management so you can demonstrate your teaching ability at its best.
