Secondary Teaching Assistant | Learning Support Assistant | Classroom Assistant

Location: Tandridge, Surrey

Pay: Up to £100 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP!

Contract: Full-Time

About the role:

  • Support students across a range of subjects, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional academic or pastoral assistance.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Help to promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Build positive relationships with students and provide encouragement to support their social, emotional and academic development.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources where required.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure every student feels safe, supported and valued.
  • Play a key role in supporting students throughout their secondary school journey and making a genuine difference to their educational experience.
