A friendly and nurturing primary school in Watford is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to provide children with an engaging and inspiring start to their educational journey.

The Role

• Full class teacher responsibility for a Nursery class
• Planning and delivering creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development
• Assessing and monitoring progress through observations and the EYFS curriculum
• Working closely with parents, colleagues and support staff to ensure every child thrives

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within Early Years, ideally in a Nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
• Creative, nurturing and passionate about early years education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Committed to helping every child reach their full potential
