Are you a recent graduate looking to gain invaluable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching?
An outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join its team for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to develop classroom experience while working alongside experienced educators.
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assisting teachers during lessons
- Supporting students with SEND and EAL
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
We are looking for:
- A graduate with a 2:2 or above
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for education
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable
