The Role

• Full class teacher responsibility for a Year 4 class
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a stimulating, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to maximise pupil achievement

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
