Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Required – Nursery in Watford
About the Role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team at our nursery in Watford
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing, supportive, and child-focused environment where you can make a real difference to children’s early development and learning. We are seeking passionate practitioners who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in their early years.
Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, your duties will include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s progress
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitoring and recording children’s development and achievements
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
