We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within the classroom.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in class to help them access learning and stay engaged
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEND
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting is desirable
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, proactive and adaptable
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
