About the Role
As a Trainee Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Working with children with SEND, including Autism,
- Encouraging confidence, independence, communication, and emotional regulation
- Supporting learning across literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions
- Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning
- Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families

Essential Requirements

Desirable (Not Essential)
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals
