We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 at a welcoming rural primary school in Hartfield. Experience supporting children with SEN would be highly advantageous.

Teaching Assistant responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils within small group interventions
• Providing targeted academic and emotional support
• Working alongside the class teacher to support learning across KS1 and KS2
• Helping to create an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience working with primary-aged children or within a school setting
• A genuine passion for education and improving outcomes for pupils
• Creativity, patience and enthusiasm for engaging children in learning
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
• Experience supporting SEN pupils (advantageous)
