We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • A caring, patient, and resilient attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop through the apprenticeship programme.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable.

  • Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced school staff.
  • Hands-on classroom experience in a specialist educational setting.
  • Opportunities for future progression within education and SEND support.
