This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while working towards a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 during lessons and learning activities.
• Work alongside experienced teachers to help deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils who need additional guidance.
• Encourage children’s confidence, independence and social development.
• Help create a positive, safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom preparation, displays and learning resources.
• Complete a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about supporting children and helping them succeed.
• Positive, reliable and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic.
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Committed to completing an apprenticeship programme.
