About the role

We are working in partnership with an Outstanding secondary school in Croydon to recruit a dedicated and ambitious English Teacher to join their successful department from September 2026. This is a permanent, full-time position, suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced applicants. The school is renowned for its high academic standards, exceptional student outcomes, and strong commitment to staff development and wellbeing.

About you

• QTS with a specialism in English
• Ability to teach English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4

• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
