About the role:

• Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
• Following existing lesson plans and adapting activities where required
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
• Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
• Building positive relationships with students and school staff
• Providing feedback to schools following teaching assignments
• Working across a variety of primary school settings in the Brighton area

About you:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident delivering lessons across different year groups
• Adaptable and able to quickly build rapport with pupils
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality teaching
• Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
