The role is available to start immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly supportive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally, while building independence and confidence for adulthood. • Behavioural and emotional regulation difficulties
  • Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)

  • Supporting students aged 9–19 across KS2–Post-16
  • Working within small classes of approximately 8–10 pupils

  • Helping to promote independence, life skills, and social development
  • Supporting vocational and functional learning opportunities
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, wellbeing staff, and SEN professionals
  • Opportunity to contribute to a highly inclusive and therapeutic learning environment

The school places a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing, independence training, life skills, and personalised learning. Students benefit from access to wellbeing and emotional support teams, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy support, enrichment activities, and vocational learning opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
