Engage Education are working with secondary schools across Manchester who are eager to find flexible, outgoing and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to children with complex learning difficulties.
In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic EHCP centred support to children with special educational needs and disabilities across KS3 and KS4.
SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
- Tailored Support: Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.
- Engaging Sensory Work: Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.
- Resource Preparation: Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.
- Guaranteed TA qualification pending completion of 11 month course
- Paid £95-£100 per day

SEN Teaching Assistant – About You:
- Minimum 2:2 UK based degree – 2026 graduates welcome!
- Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching
