This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support young people in a school environment that values inclusion, collaboration, and holistic development.

● Develop and Review Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Work alongside teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to create and evaluate personalised learning targets.
● Prepare Students for Qualifications and Future Success: Support students working towards GCSEs, Entry Level qualifications, or functional literacy outcomes, while developing essential life and communication skills.
● Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly assess student attainment and progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs and maximise achievement.
● Create a Safe Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, confidence, and active participation.
● Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with colleagues, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students.
