About the job

The Inclusion Manager will work as a member of the Inclusion Team, to support the Year Curriculum Leader and Key Stage Managers within the school. The overall responsibility of the postholder is to support the personal social and academic development of students and promote their well-being within their specified Key Stage, as well as implementing the school’s behaviour policy.

The Inclusion Manager will be committed to inclusion and working successfully with young people in a multi-ethnic school setting.

About you

• Experience in schools or social work is an advantage
• This role will suit someone who has a well-developed understanding of strategies to manage and support young people, some with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm and think clearly. The role involves leading and working alongside a team to deliver the best outcomes for our young people.
