The Role

  • Teaching Psychology across KS4 and KS5, including A Level Psychology
  • Delivering engaging lessons across a range of psychological topics and theories
  • Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations with a strong focus on outcomes
  • Encouraging critical thinking, independent research and analytical skills
  • Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
  • Contributing to the wider academic and pastoral life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, particularly KS5
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for Psychology
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and challenge high-achieving students
  • Committed to maintaining high academic standards
