Following the huge success of our ETAP programme, we are thrilled to launch our brand-new EYFS Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with Nursery Schools in Harlow!

If you are passionate about early childhood development and want to gain industry-recognised qualifications whilst earning, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Achieve
Through this 15–17 month programme, you will earn your:
 

• Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYFS) Qualification
   
• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) Certification
   

Once completed, you’ll be a fully qualified practitioner, qualified to work within nurseries, nursery schools and children centres as part of the official staff ratio.

• ⏱️ Duration: 15–17 months (this is flexible depending on your pace and End-Point Assessment booking).

What We’re Looking For
To be eligible, you should have:
 

• Residency: At least 3 years of continuous UK residency by the start date.
   
• Prior Experience/Qualification: An existing Level 2 EYFS qualification OR previous experience working with children under 2.
   
• Literacy: GCSE English (or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2).
   
• Desirable: Prior experience supporting nursery schools or nursery-aged children.
