Engage Education is partnering with a well-established nursery in Worthing to recruit a full-time Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified early years professional who is passionate about helping children develop, learn, and achieve their full potential during the crucial early stages of their education.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated nursery team, providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for children in the setting.

About the role:

• Planning and delivering engaging early years learning activities
• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Monitoring and recording children’s progress and achievements
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare

About you:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
