About the role

We’re currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming nursery in Kingston from the start of the next academic year.
Our team has built an excellent reputation with schools and nurseries across South West London, and we’re looking for passionate Early Years professionals who are committed to giving children the very best start to their education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and delivering engaging play-based learning activities
- Promoting children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Supporting children’s learning through both structured and child-led activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress where required
The ideal applicant will have:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach
