The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them access learning and stay engaged
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEND
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is desirable
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
