A welcoming and supportive primary school in Watford is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner to take on a varied role, supporting teaching and learning across the school.

The Role

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
• Leading whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher
• Assisting with planning, preparation and classroom organisation
• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEND
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds HLTA status or has equivalent experience
• Previous experience working within a UK primary school
• Confident leading lessons and supporting across different year groups
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and committed to pupil progress
