About the Role

You will work across this vibrant, multi-form primary school, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. From running small learning groups to giving one-to-one encouragement, the role is dynamic and varied—no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1-to-1 basis and leading small intervention groups
• Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and creative learning activities
• Helping children build confidence in literacy, numeracy, and broader subjects
• Assisting pupils with additional learning, language, or behavioural needs where required
• Preparing classroom resources and helping maintain an engaging environment
• Sharing feedback with teachers on pupil progress
• Inspiring positive behaviour and helping every child thrive
