Are you a recent graduate looking to find a position where you can make a genuine difference to the academic progression of KS3 & KS4 students?

Maybe you have an interest in pursuing a career within teaching, but want to gain first-hand teaching experience for the remainder of the academic year before making a decision? 

Engage Education are working with a variety of fantastic secondary schools in and around Manchester, Oldham and Tameside who are eager to find fantastic Graduate Class Mentors for the remainder of the academic year. 

Graduate Class Mentor – Role Information:

  • Providing pre-set lessons for KS3 & KS4 students
  • Working across secondary subjects throughout school day
  • Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
  • Day to day role working across secondary schools
  • Working hours: 08.45am to 15.15pm

Graduate Class Mentor – What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2:2 UK degree – 2026 graduates welcome!
  • Naturally outgoing and engaging with interest in teaching
  • Ability to build rapport with children of all ages
  • Available to start immediately pending regulatory vetting checks
