Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the Stockport area on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping students achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Teach Geography across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
• Mark and assess students’ work in line with school policies
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
• Is committed to raising standards and supporting student achievement
• Has strong organisational and communication skills
• Is reliable, professional and passionate about education
