Facilities Manager Required for a college in the City of London

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking enthusiastic Full-Time School Facilities Manager to work in a college in the City of London.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm) 

Hourly rate ranges between £20 – £30 per hour.

About the role:
To be responsible for the health and safety of the building rather than the PPM. Mainly they will need to coordinate the building.
Dealing with contractors coming on site
General maintenance work

The ideal applicant will have:
Experience working in the education sector 
Knowledge of COSHH or IOSH and Legionella Awareness
Good maintenance experience
Facilities Management experience
