I’m an Account Manager based in our Watford office, looking after our schools and candidates day to day-to-day needs.
This is my first education recruitment role, and I got into this to make a genuine difference and to help people find their dream role. I like that I can make a genuine difference to people’s lives, helping them find the best possible role for themselves. I also like that it is challenging but rewarding- diamonds are made under pressure!
I’ve worked with teachers in my previous role, so I understand the challenges that may arise. I appreciate that it can be very fast-paced, but this is where I work best. I have an interest in football as I enjoy that they work in a team and employ tactics to get the best possible result- I like to implement this into my work!
