I work closely with Local Authorities and schools across Greater London to help them find teachers, tutors and learning support assistants to provide quality education for learners who have been permanently excluded, or are otherwise unable to access education in a mainstream or special school environment. I have more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and account management, with more than 12 years of experience working in SEND. I am IPSEA Level 3 trained, so I know that every learner has the right to receive an education, and I am driven by the belief that if the needs of each learner are truly understood, those needs can be met and the learner will be able to achieve their true potential.
There is nothing I like quite so much as helping someone to find their perfect new role, so I spend time getting to know what my candidates are looking for so I can get the match first time! I used to work in the live music business, with acts including Katherine Jenkins and Michael Buble, but I find my work in education more meaningful.
To relax, I love watching my 2 boys playing football, rugby and Gaelic football.
