I am an Education Leader at Engage Education, supporting schools across Liverpool, St Helens, and Wigan. With nearly 10 years of experience in education recruitment, I have specialised predominantly in SEN recruitment across Merseyside.
I am passionate about making a positive difference in schools by connecting them with high-quality education professionals and building long-term relationships with both schools and candidates. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the long-term impact of successful placements. Some of the professionals I placed a decade ago have progressed into Senior Leadership Teams, and I take great pride in helping staff secure permanent positions after successful placements.
Outside of work, I am a keen football fan and regularly travel around the country following Leeds United. I also have two dogs, Ralph and Willow, who enjoy exploring the hills and countryside across the North West!
