Learning Mentor Apprentice – Role Information:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students who require additional guidance with their learning and development
Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and improve their engagement in school
Building positive relationships with students and acting as a positive role model
Helping students develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
Supporting students with their social, emotional and academic development
Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and other school staff
Monday to Friday role – based in on school
Working towards a recognised Learning Mentor qualification through an apprenticeship programme
