Permanent Teaching Roles

Many teachers’ goal is to secure a permanent role at their favourite school. Permanent roles offer more financial stability and job security than supply and long-term cover roles provide. We work hand-in-hand with our teachers in long- and short-term positions to secure a permanent role for them when they decide the time is right to swtich to permanent work.

Though moving to a permanent role with a school means you’re no longer on our books, that doesn’t mean your relationship with Engage has to stop there. We offer permanent teachers complete unrestricted access to our ongoing CPD programme, as well as exciting referral bonuses and career progression opportunities.

On occasion, we offer trial days for you in particular schools, to give you a chance to get to know the location, faculty and dynamics of the school – a chance to test drive your chosen school.
