- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Demonstrate patience, resilience and excellent communication skills.
- Create engaging, inclusive and differentiated lessons.
- Work effectively with support staff, families and the wider school team.
