We’re looking for new graduates to join us on our Graduate Training Programme, where you’ll gain a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification and earn unlimited commission while you train. When you train with Engage’s in-house training team, you’ll receive full guidance and support, and your hard work will directly affect your income in the form of uncapped, no threshold commission which peaks at a whopping 40%!
Many university students want to carry on learning after graduation, but after 3 years of living on cheap food and sharing a house with five other students, the “student lifestyle” doesn’t sound so appealing anymore.

A full-time position on the course consists of 10 internal training modules culminating in a Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (that’s REC to those in the biz). While you train, you’ll be working with us as a Recruitment Consultant with the ability to earn unlimited commission. That’s right, unlimited money. Unlimited. No more beans for you.
