In 2022, we became a preferred supplier of education staff to the United Learning Trust. The trust is a collective of 90 Primary, Secondary and All-through schools across the UK, with a strong ethos at its core. Their approach is underpinned by a sense of moral purpose and commitment to doing what is right for children and young people, supporting colleagues to achieve excellence and acting with integrity.
We’re supporting the United Learning trust with the recruitment of temporary teaching and support staff through the DfE-sponsored CCS framework – a nationwide supplier list we’ve featured on since its inception in 2018.
Schools can use the CCS framework to recruit a wide range of teaching and non-teaching staff and hiring on CCS terms allows schools to save money on temporary recruitment while remaining assured that the best practices in safeguarding and compliance are met. It also holds its suppliers to high, standardised terms and conditions, meaning that schools receive a consistent approach to recruitment support, services and most importantly charges.
We’re proud to be a named supplier of this framework and have actively promoted it to our partner schools since 2018. If you’d like to find out more about the CCS Framework and how it could help your school with compliant and efficient sourcing of staff, you can view our free CCS Handbook here or book a call with us.
