A warm & inclusive secondary school in Oldham is eager to find a brilliant Learning Coach to provide tailored EHCP support to students with complex learning needs and behavioural challenges in a full-time capacity for the coming academic year.

Learning Coach – Role Information:
- Providing tailored EHCP support to children with SEND
- Supporting students utilising structured learning plan
- Monitoring progress and acting on academic weak-points
- Building strong relationship with students and being source of academic, social and emotional support
- Monday to Friday role – September 2026 to July 2027
- 08.30am to 15.00pm – Paid £95 per day during term-time
Learning Coach – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
- Strong academic background
- Experience tutoring, mentoring or volunteering with children
- Outgoing and engaging individual with passion for education
- Available for full-time work for coming academic year
