Location: Twickenham, Greater London
Pay: Up to £140 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Supply

About the role

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning across a range of secondary classrooms. Whether covering planned absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons, or taking on longer-term placements, you’ll create a positive learning environment where pupils remain engaged and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, following school plans where provided.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND.
• Assessing pupils’ understanding during lessons and providing clear feedback where appropriate.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders.
• Maintaining safeguarding procedures and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils.
• Being flexible and confident in working across different schools and year groups.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers seeking flexible work, experienced Supply Teachers looking for consistent placements, or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) wanting to gain experience across a variety of school settings while building confidence and developing their teaching practice.
