Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Three Rivers

The Role
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
- Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
- Delivering targeted interventions to support literacy, numeracy and pupil progress
- Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND
- Preparing classroom resources and assisting with daily classroom organisation
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a UK primary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
