• Supporting teachers with classroom activities
• Working with pupils individually and in groups
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Helping pupils build confidence and independence
• Supporting literacy and numeracy interventions
• Learning effective classroom management strategies
• Developing practical school-based experience

About you:

• Keen to begin a career in education
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Experience with children is desirable but not essential
• Passionate about helping pupils succeed
