About the role
This is a full-time, long-term position teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to inspire students through a creative, engaging and inclusive curriculum.

About you
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Be a passionate practitioner with the ability to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage creativity and confidence.
- Have high expectations of all students and a proven ability to raise attainment and foster a love of learning.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents, supporting pupils to achieve both academically and personally.
- Be committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued, challenged and supported.
- Share the school’s commitment to excellence, respect, integrity and collaboration, contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
