Cover Supervisor | Supply Teacher | Classroom Support

Location: Twickenham, London

Pay: Up to £130 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-Time

We’re now working with an Oftsed ‘Outstanding’ school in Twickenham to hire Cover Supervisors to join their teams on a long-term basis, starting in September 2026!

About the role:

• Inspire young minds every day by confidently leading pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment.
• Deliver high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects, ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused in the absence of the class teacher.
• Adapt quickly to different year groups, and classroom settings, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and strong behaviour management.
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND, by providing guidance, encouragement, and appropriate classroom support.
• Promote positive behaviour, pupil wellbeing, and an inclusive learning environment where every student feels respected, supported, and able to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills, as well as previous experience of working within a school environment.
