Engage Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in the Manchester area who are eager to find a flexible, outgoing and reliable 1:1 Support Worker to provide dedicated SEN support to students with complex learning needs for the coming academic year.

1:1 Support Worker – Role Information:

• Creating tailored EHCP based all-round support for students with SEN
• Utilising students EHCP to create engaging learning experiences 
• Monitoring student progress and feeding back to relevant department leads 
• Located in the Manchester area
• Paid £90 – £95 per day during term time
• September 2026 start – Monday to Friday role with usual school working hours

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree – 2026 graduates welcome! 
• Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching
• Enhanced DBS on update service desirable but NOT mandatory 
• Available to start immediately pending regulatory vetting checks
