This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident practitioner who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across the primary age range.

The Role

• Delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover when required
• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Leading targeted interventions to raise attainment and support pupil progress
• Working closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or has equivalent experience
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Confident leading whole-class learning and intervention groups
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
